My Carrier that I used for 5+ yrs was Verizon & the cell phone was Motorola. Unfortunately I cant get the same phone model , I bought that phone in 2019 So now its not available anymore.
So I then purchased another cell phone which is Samsung (it has a new number ) & Cellular Service TracFone. I forgot to mention when I was trying to set up the new phone for validation my account wouldnt send me the validation code & everything was filled out the correct way. So I then sent in a ticket in which is a different process because Leaguesafe is a Corporate account which is what MFL told me. Those tickets to be submitted, you have to only go to the MFL webpage & not sign in, just send your problem through the if you have a question box on the opening webpage, that I wasnt receiving the validation code and that I had entered all the information in all 4 of my leagues & none of them would send the validation code. So MFL just put it through without sending me any codes . I wasnt allowed to do it myself. To me that incident tells me that there is a problem with mobile setup on my account. They can easily just program it in so it says my cell phone has been validated & its really not.Then they use their famous words, once it leaves our site we aren't responsible for the text message getting to your cell phone, which is crazy. Why wasn't the MFL operating system sending me the cell phone validation code ? When I was trying to set up my 4 leagues. Thats a problem . The new phone, TracFone I talked to 3 different tech support people & they say there is no issues with my phone they ran a system check on my new phone and said it is working fine for texts. I was told the same by Verizon that everything worked. so as I said The SMS doesnt work with this new carrier and new phone also. For that to happen also is just ridiculous. I'm not being singled out by all the Cellular services and they're all making sure that my service doesnt work for their SMS/text service. I know its a problem with MFL, I have had issues a few yrs ago , but they had no problem fixing it & it was just a glitch. I've been a loyal user of the Fantasy platform service for 6 yrs. Do I tell them Its an issue on their end with their operating system. I was thinking I can buy a new Sim card for my original phone and transfer all the info then I can go into my MFL account and use the 2nd cell phone feature ,because you can use to cell phones and enter everything & see if I can get the validation code & enter it myself. then see if the phone receives SMS, maybe there is an issue with the Sim card,but there still the issue of the new Samsung phone and TracFone service not working either. I just know that it is 100% MFL's fault that the SMS service isnt working.I can't figure out why they just don't fix the problem instead of ignoring it . I get text messages from friends , also from pharmacies saying that my prescriptions are ready. So for it to work everywhere else and not at MFL doesnt really give validation to MFL saying its the Cellular providers fault.
Thanks for the suggestions. Im going to try a new Sim card and then put it in my Phone I was using since 2019 & then enter the number in the 2nd cell phone box in my MFL account and see what happens with that. Maybe its the Sim card I dont know. Thanks again and Ill try your other suggestions also.
