When I caught wind about Stefanski being interviewed a 2nd time I thought the party in Cleveland was about to have the cops show up.

Good for him, makes my decision to keep to keep Chubb a very easy one

Congrats to the Browns fans. I know many of you wanted a more proven HC; but it's all a crapshoot anyways.

At the very least you're going to allow Baker some continuity in an offense he's already had a lot of success in. Kitchen's is by all accounts a great guy as well, so he's easy to root for. The Brown's future is looking bright, imo

I assure you we most certainly did not.

Did Kitchen's grow on you guys?

I suggested it midseason over at dawgsbynature and was eviscerated by Brown's fans

A portion of the population was brainwashed by the media talking about the same names over and over and over again. A product of that is any name other than them is a terrible idea. Until reality settles in and those options were either lousy or not available.

I'm surprised they have come around to him this quickly, but this was the most reasonable option since sometime in December and nothing happened after then to really change that.

While the lack of experience is certainly a concern, this is the direction the league has taken. I can only trust in John Dorsey, as his moves so far have been outstanding. Still some holes to fill in this roster, but there is a fine young nucleus of talent. The DC hire will be crucial, as will adding a few pieces through FA and the draft.

Good move by Monken

Baker should springboard him to a job opportunity next off season

I'm happy to see enthusiastic younger guys get chances rather than defer to familiar but mediocre rehashes like Jeff Fisher. I hope Kitchens can capitalize on the promise he showed this season, it would be great to see the Browns completely turn the page and become dominant.
