I'll open the case up for debate.

Since the case is back open.......

I will contend that many more players decide to COME OUT of retirement because there are not enough, well, you know...... \:D/

I'm still a believer and a guy that would take Gronk in the 3rd with no qualms.

Took gronk at 3.03 in 10 team league, I think he has a monster year, he’s got retirement in back of his mind and I’m thinking he’s trying to get paid these next couple years

Speaking on ESPN's NFL Live Tuesday, Rob Gronkowski's agent Drew Rosenhaus said a decision on the tight end's NFL future will come in the "next couple of weeks."
"He’s thinking it through, he’s giving it a lot of thought," Rosenhaus said. "I imagine a decision will happen in the next couple of weeks." Gronk said the same thing following the Patriots' Super Bowl victory. The Pats probably want an answer by the start of the new league year next month.

As much as he has taken a beating, I can't see him quitting right now. He may not love the rehabilitation, but he loves being on the team and the other stuff that comes with it.

If nothing else, he and Brady seem to have so much fun, I can't imagine Gronk retiring before Brady. We'll see.

Gronk is (probably) in much worse condition than Brady. He's had multiple injuries to multiple parts of his body and his back problems date back to his college years.

I can absolutely see him walking away before Brady.

Only question is how badly he wants to try to chase down any TE records, though I don't think he's actually close to Gates or Gonzo in the volume stats, so no idea what he would be chasing that he couldn't chase after he's retired and living on a booze cruise.

Gronk could play 10 more years as the best blocking TE in the league. Obviously he wouldn't want to but hes still dominant in that regard.
