ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Cardinals have yet to shop Josh Rosen.
This doesn't mean he won't be traded. The Cardinals aren't in active talks on Rosen but there's considerable buzz they plan to take Kyler Murray No. 1 overall. The latest rumors suggest Arizona may only get a third-round pick for Rosen.

If his cost wasn't gonna be so high I wouldn't mind him playing behind Philip Rivers for a couple years.. Just curious what peoples thoughts are on what his potential cost might be?

Then Brady decides to play until he's 50, and Rosen walks in FA.

There's no way he goes for a 3rd. He doesn't go for less than a first.

+1

No FO is going to say "Yeah, you know we went top 5 for him, but actually turns out a 3rd is fine".

Not after just 1 season.

If they want a 3rd for him? Just take the comp pick when he walks in a few yrs time, giving you plus backup and a good bargaining chip you could parlay into a better price than a 3rd in the interim

And thats just in a vacuum

When you look at the consensual opinion on this years class, you could argue that hes still worth a top 10 pick based on the QBs selected after the 1.01

Crazy

I think it's stupid for them to trade him, period. Trading him for a 3rd round pick though is like the derpiest move ever.

The obsession with having "my guy" is stupid. It only really happens at QB too.

They're maintaining the value of the top pick.
