Takes a lot of the strategy out of a 2 qb draft.

Whoa. totally missed that. That's...dangerous.

Maybe we drop the roster limit then.
The trouble is I'd hate to see people hoarding QBs with nothing ever on the wire.
Seems logical that would ensue . . . .

Just checked mine. It was an 8 person league and we a cap of 3 QBs (no other roster limits.)

Each team will have 11 starting rosters spots.
1 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 TE
1 Flex (RB/WR/TE)
1 SuperFlex (QB/RB/WR/TE)
1 K
1 DEF

There will be 8 bench spots with no limit on positional players on your roster except for QB which will have a limit of three (3) to prevent hoarding.

I believe mine is 2 during draft and then changed to 3 after the draft

Trouble is we're 12 teams, so with three there's never anyone on waivers!

I'd set up tiers, according to league scoring, and draft accordingly.
Since you're a shark, you likely already do this.
It really all depends on your draft spot, scoring, and what happens before your pick.
A general analysis would be to treat the qb like your RB/WR 1amd 2. You'd ususually have those spots filled by round 5. So, 2 qbs, 2rbs, and a wr through 5?

Then hammer away at rb/wr/te

You don't really need there to be. Replacement QBs aren't necessarily going to outscore the waiver wire adds of the week.
