Chefs are gonna lose this one. Houston will do what Indy did now and run, run, run until the clock is gone (or almost gone).

Oh btw

That first Hill TD was a bad throw

Should have been INT

Just saying

When you have a receiver like Tyreek, that's not a bad throw. That would have been a hell of play to get an INT. It was almost broke up though. But keep picking nits on one of the best QBs in the game, for sure.

Also, he made that throw knowing the defense had come off sides.

It's not a nit pick

He threw it right into a three deep zone (looked like anyway)

Right down the middle of the field

That would be straight into the pass defense

Albeit it was defensive offsides on a 3rd and 21

You miss it, it's a punt

You INT, it's basically a punt

I'm just saying that aint the right read - He had underneath options - But I get it

It's definitely a nit pick when you can plainly see him looking deep the entire time because of the flag. Imagine thinking a QB should take an underneath option on an offsides call. :F

They were open. Because it was 3rd and 21.

What point would there have been to take a 10-15 yard gain there and decline the penalty?

Seems to me like you want to take a shot at the end zone any free chance you get.

Because it would have been on the 35 yard line, 4th and 5 ?

Not so bad options at that point

But I get it - it worked

I hear that Aaron Rodgers guy is a pretty dumb QB too, always taking those deep shots when he should be settling for 4th and 5s at the 35.

That's how you win football games, 4th and 5s at the 35 all day long.

But the accepted penalty puts it on the 42, 3rd and 12.

Even if it didn't work, you had to take a shot. You're not that much better off dumping it down.

This argument is unbelievable.
