FAAB prevents churning

Or at least assigns a price to it. If you want to roster-block your opponent you need to have more money than him and pay the price.

We moved to $100 FAAB 4 years ago. Best thing ever.

Obviously it prevents this situation as you have to bid $25 for each of 4 QBs but the guy just has to bid $50 for 2 QBs.

Agree that FAAB is the best thing that has happened to Waiver system. No other system made any sense (to me) — We play $100 FAAB w/ option to buy back in (1 time). $50 for $50 more in FAAB. All money goes to the big pot at the end.

Yeah, FAAB was a gamechanger for us. As was auction rather than snake.

Never considered the buy-in for more faab. that's kinda cool.
