It's time to pull the trigger on Scooter!

Slot guy for Tampa.

Sub 4.3 speed and probably the fastest WR in Tampa.

Caught 5 of 6 for 73 yards in week 1. 2nd in targets for WRs.

Listed as 3rd on the depth chart behind Evens and Godwin. Both of whom are dinged up and listed as questionable for week 2.

So... with Scotty, he's going to face 3 and 4 CBs all season. No LB can stay with this kid.

I'd compare Miller to Welker, but Welker was slooooow in comparison with 4.6 speed.

BUT, it's clear that Miller IS Brady's preferred slot guy. Watch the tape on Week 1. Miller rarely leaves the field, was a focal point of the O, lining up everywhere and was regularly targeted. Tampa has been buzzing about Miller's speed and ankle breaking ability all summer. In Welker and Brady's golden days... Welker commanded 140+ targets in 5 out of 6 seasons. Miller is "set up" for monster PPR potential.

Miller is sitting on waivers in most leagues free for the taking. But he won't be for long.

It's never, "I'd compare him to Tyler Lockett."

I think it's a better comparison. I'm not sure why people ignore it.

He's definitely worth a speculative start. Evans and Godwin both dinged up and Brady wasn't afraid to look his way last week. You could do worse.

I tried watching film on him from the Saints game. No one put together a reel just for him. But he made some great catches as well as that 37 yarder that was a team high. Evans seems off and if Godwin is slowed by concussion things should look up for him. I picked him up in both my leagues but might not start him this week So probably means he goes off lol

Would you drop either Reagor or Jeudy for him?

Godwin is officially OUT for today, dramatically increasing Miller's chances for heavy involvement in the game plan. If by some unbelievable coincidence he's still on your league's waiver wire, go get him NOW, even if it's for a one week rental.

Have him but keep in mind he is not a slot guy. Would you play him, Monty, Manny or Doedert at flex. .5ppr
