Goedert is back practicing this week. Seems unlikely he'll play Sunday and then Eagles have a bye, but this guy could be a sure-fire top 5-7 TE once he's back.
With or without Ertz in the lineup.
Must grab off waivers if he's out there and you can wait on him.

I think the best case scenario for Ertz is week 13, so in between the bye and then Goedert has 3 prim-o matchups to feast on and relegate Ertz to a #2 TE role upon his return.

Ditto. In the interim I traded for Andrews so considering a deal next week or will just consider him playoff depth. If you need a TE for week 10 forward then he is someone to stash.

yea i traded ertz in my dynasty because i saw early on that Goedert is the man from here on out...

in redrafts, most people probably held Goedert because they saw how he was producing before the injury.

Same. Forreal. I think we should all temper expectations because anticipation alone is likely driving our projections higher than they will be. Especially with emergence of Fulghum and Reagor (hopefully).
Don’t get me wrong, I’m planning on rolling out Goedert, but I also think he isn’t going to go off like Kittle post injury

Desperate need of TE

Do i drop J.Hasty or Robert Tonayn for him?

Tonyan is my only TE for now
Hasty is my 5th RB behind Mixon, D.Johnson, Gibson,, Fournette

If he's available Goedert is an add right now. Not a start. If your rooster dictates he's starting just keep your expectations low. First game back from a HAS/fracture, probably not 100% and he'll be rusty. Just hope he shows enough for you to be confident he's your guy on the other side of his bye.

I don't see him as any riskier of play than most fringe TE's.
