I love Conley as an actual person but the skill he bring to the field is comparable to a few hundred other players. Yes, hes an NFL talent. But I'm not sure he'll be anything other than a bit player in the league.

Maybe, but I am intrigued. As far as the Chiefs offense goes, nearly 300 targets and 3000 yards (I am too lazy to add it up to be exact) went to just two players. RBs will have accounted for about another 800 or so yards. Then fourth overall pick Watkins on top of that.

I am not flag-planting here, its not worth spending a ton of conversation on, but I am keeping my eyes on Conley. Seems to have the athleticism and skills to be a good sleeper.

You did say sleeper, makes sense.

Huh?

Chris Conley is one of those SPARQ type freaks. He's definitely NOT comparable to "a few hundred other players".

That said, athleticism alone doesn't make you an NFL player.

Not sure what Conley's issues in KC were. Route running / run blocking / hands?

Those are usually the types of things that keep a player like that off the field.

Muhammad Wilkerson is unsigned as well. Granted he has to pass a physical before anyone will sign him.

If he was a 3rd day pick instead of a first rounder he'd be getting washed outta the AAF by now.
