Inside The Gamebook – Late Games Week 1

ARIZONA 17 – ST LOUIS 13

Arizona Tim Hightower fumbled on the first possession and they went three-and-out twice before driving down and kicking a field goal. On their next possession they went three-and-out, but came back and drove down the field to score on a 1-yard touchdown run by Hightower. Their last possession in the first half resulted in a three-and-out. They went three-and-out on their opening possession of the second half. On their second possession Derek Anderson fumbled on a sack and the ball was recovered by St Louis, but they fumbled after trying to advance the ball. Arizona recovered for a touchback, but stalled out on the drive and had to punt. They turned the ball over in the red zone on the next possession, but came back and drove down the field for a touchdown pass to Larry Fitzgerald to seal the win. They had one final possession, but Hightower turned the ball over with his second fumble of the day.

On their opening possession in the second half they went three-and-out, but came back and kicked a field goal on the next drive. They had to punt after the next two possessions stalled out. Sam Bradford threw an interception in the red zone and threw his third interception of the day in the end zone on their final possession.

Donald Driver scored on a 6-yard touchdown pass and Mason Crosby kicked a 56-yard field goal in their final possessions of the first half. John Kuhn scored on a 3-yard touchdown run and Greg Jennings scored on a 32-yard touchdown pass with their first two possessions of the second half. They went three-and-out and Rodgers threw his second interception before stalling out and having to punt on their last possession of the game but still held off Philadelphia for the win.

LeSean McCoy had a 12 yard touchdown run on their next drive. They went three-and-out before a 17 yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin and a field goal on their next three possessions. They had one last possession but turned the ball over on downs.

Alex Smith threw an interception and they went three-and-out on their last possession of the first half. On their first possession of the second half Smith threw another interception this time it was returned for a touchdown for Seattle. Their next five possessions of the game resulted in a three-and-out, a stalled drive, a three-and-out, a stalled drive, a three-and-out before turning the ball over on downs at the end of the game to cement the loss.
