Top 5 Pick ‘Em

Season Record: 25-19-1

Dallas +3 (@ Atlanta) –  What are we missing here? The Falcons have looked good in only one game this year and that was all the way back in week two. They could very well be 1-7, and their game play reflects that with their defense ranked 29th.

Los Angeles Rams -11.5 (vs. Houston) –  The Rams are taking care of business on both sides of the ball and Jared Goff is coming off the most impressive game of his career. Losing Deshaun Watson has had the effect we all expected on the Texans offense. In his two games this year, Tom Savage is completing only 45% of his passes.

New England -7.5 (@ Denver) –  Brock Osweiler faced the Patriots twice last year throwing four interceptions and less than 400-yards combined. He won’t get any help from the ground game either, as lead back C.J. Anderson is averaging an abysmal 38 yards over the last four games.

Buffalo +3 (vs. New Orleans) –  The Bills are not only undefeated at home, but have an average double-digit margin of victory over the four games. The Bills need to get back to controlling the game with their rushing attack in order to keep the ball out of Drew Brees’ hands. Even after last week, the Bills still have the best turnover margin at +11.

Washington +1 (vs. Minnesota) –  The Vikings have only covered one spread in their last eight road games. The Redskins defense was back to pre-season form with the return of Josh Norman and DeAngelo Hall, which will look to give Case Keenum trouble.

Top Survivor Picks

Los Angeles Rams (vs. Houston) – See above. Jared Goff will feast on the Texans cornerbacks.

Carolina (vs. Miami) – A solid alternative if you’ve already used the Rams.

Survivor Avoids

Detroit (vs. Cleveland) – A whopping 62% of selections have the Lions this week!

Tampa Bay (vs. New York Jets) – Surprisingly the third most popular pick this week. Don’t bet your season on Ryan Fitzpatrick.
