|Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.|
|Veteran defensive end Cliff Avril told ESPN Radio in Seattle that the 'Legion of Boom' isn't out of gas yet. 'Our core group of guys still have it,' Avril said. 'I feel like we still have it from Bobby (Wagner) to Sherm (Richard Sherman) to Earl (Thomas) - all those guys. I think we all still have that fire, that passion. I think the potential is there, or whether we just stay healthy, I think we can be one of the best defenses again. It's a marathon, not a sprint, so we actually understand that. And we understand that it takes some time to heal up. You have to let the body heal up and you have to get away from football a little bit to be able to come back and go full-go.' The Seahawks have plenty of defensive talent -- but don't overpay on draft day. This is a defense that in recent years has been better from an NFL perspective than a fantasy one.|
