Fantasy Analysis
Season Projections
If Eifert didn't have notoriously bad luck with injuries, he'd have no luck at all. Eifert's 2018 campaign - his third injury-torpedoed season in a row - ended after four games due to a nasty broken ankle. Would you believe that Eifert can still play at a solid level? Before he went down, Eifert amassed at least 70 receiving yards or a touchdown catch in two of the four contests. When healthy, Eifert is still a top-level scoring threat. In 43 career games played, he has found the end zone 21 times. Heading into Eifert's age-29 season, he's expected to operate as the "move" tight end in new Bengals head coach Zac Taylor's knockoff of the Rams offense. While Eifert remains one of Andy Dalton's favorite receivers, the brittle tight end will face more competition than usual for targets since Tyler Boyd and serviceable C.J. Uzomah have emerged alongside A.J. Green. Don't forget about rookie second-round selection Drew Sample, too. From 2016 through 2018, Eifert suited up for only 14 of 48 contests due to a laundry list of injuries that included three back surgeries, torn ankle ligaments and a dislocated elbow. Consider Eifert a fantasy lottery ticket as usual.

Receiving: 51 Receptions, 555 Yards, 5 TD.
