Fantasy Analysis
Season Projections
Tom Terrific hasn't been a dominant fantasy force in recent years. This past season, Brady clocked out as the fantasy QB13, which was his fourth straight finish of 12th or worse. The 24 touchdown passes was Brady's lowest total since 2006, and his 256.7 passing yards per game (just 6.6 yards per attempt) was his lowest average in almost a decade. You can make the case that Brady's arm strength has faded, but you also can blame some of Brady's 2019 struggles on a very depleted New England receiver corps. However, Brady suits up for his age-43 campaign, there are plenty of reasons to expect a rebound season from him. Even though the immobile pocket passer isn't going to light it up deep consistently, Brady can still hit targets with nice accuracy and maneuver nicely in the pocket. Chris Thompson and Mike Evans are the best receiver duo that Brady has played with in years, and his old pal, Rob Gronkowski, will spend lots of time lining up in two tight end sets with O.J. Howard to beef up an upgraded offensive line that allowed Jameis Winston (Saints) to absorb 47 sacks last season (only three quarterbacks were sacked more times). Rookie third-round selection Ke'Shawn Vaughn is a passing-game upgrade over Ronald Jones. Keeping Brady upright is definitely a worry. He's learning a new playbook for the first time in a long time. Carson Palmer quickly succeeded in head coach Bruce Arians' aggressive passing attack (three seasons with at least 4,200 yards and 24 scoring strikes) with the Arizona Cardinals (2013-2017), so Brady should be able to hold his own. An overhauled Tampa Bay defense probably will hit some rough patches, so Brady should find himself in some high-scoring contests.

Passing: 4006 Yards, 25 TD, 17 INT.
Rushing: 164 Yards, 1 TD.
