Strength of Schedule
Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 2 Projections
He never got on track in Week 1 against what looks like a Super Bowl-caliber Minnesota Vikings defense, compiling just 31 scoreless combo yards on 11 touches. Here's the troubling part - Freeman (27 snaps played) operated in a 50/50 timeshare with Ito Smith (25 snaps played). A huge rebound in Freeman's rushing production seems unlikely against a tough Philadelphia Eagles front seven that limited Washington to 28 rushing yards on 13 carries in Week 1. However, Philadelphia surrendered the second-most catches to the tailback position, so there's a good chance that Freeman will make some noise as a receiver in what profiles as a high-scoring Sunday night matchup.
Rushing: 55 Yards, 0 TD.
Receiving: 3 Receptions, 19 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
How will he respond from his injuries? Answer that question and you can then properly assess his value. Atlanta has created an environment in which they want him to take over lead back duties, but have built in contingency plans should he not take advantage. We're skeptical of a full return to what he was in 2016. His margin for error has always been thin from an athleticism perspective, which is why he fell to the drafts third day in 2015. The tiniest hint of decline is the difference between a quality starter and a player that belongs in a committee in today's NFL. We think he'll still lead any committee for at least this year, but be warned, he is on a pass first team and will be sharing the load that he does get.

Rushing: 802 Yards, 6 TD.
Receiving: 39 Receptions, 275 Yards, 3 TD.
