Strength of Schedule
Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 3 Projections
Russel Wilson was unleashed last Sunday, connecting on 29 of 35 pass attempts (83 percent completion percentage) for 300 yards and three scores. Expect more of the same in Week 3, as Wilson faces a Saints defense that allowed at least 260 passing yards in every game played so far this season. With Wilson and the Seattle pass game clicking, expect another top five fantasy quarterback finish.
Passing: 245 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT.
Rushing: 26 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
He's a proven winner and a proven top-shelf fantasy quarterback, but Wilson's production took an alarming hit while he operated one of the NFL's most conservative run-heavy offenses last season. Wilson compiled his lowest attempt, completion and passing yardage numbers since 2013, which largely explained his uneven week-to-week numbers. Tossing a career-high 35 touchdown passes is the main reason why Wilson finished up 2018 as the fantasy QB10. A rebound campaign from Wilson, the fantasy QB1 just two years ago, seems very unlikely. There's little reason to think that the Seahawks will stray from their highly successful ground game (first in rushing yards and second in team carries last season) and increase Wilson's attempts while utilizing a thin Doug Baldwin-less receiver corps that's loaded with question marks. Will injury-prone Tyler Lockett, the new lead wideout, stay healthy and match his career-best 10 scoring grabs from last season? Will second-year pro David Moore and rookie second-rounder D.K. Metcalf step up? Don't expect Wilson's rushing production to compensate for soft passing numbers. Turning 31 in November and no longer the rushing threat that he once was, Wilson compiled career lows in carries (30 percent drop from 2017) and rushing touchdowns last year. For Wilson to extend his streak of seven straight top-11 fantasy finishes, he'll have to match his 8.2 percent touchdown rate from 2018 or at least come close to it. Durability? Entering his eighth season, Wilson, always willing to play through injuries, has never missed a game. He's riding a streak of 125 consecutive starts.

Passing: 3110 Yards, 31 TD, 7 INT.
Rushing: 394 Yards, 3 TD.
