The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 13 Projections
Kelce's week 12 performance may look like a down game, but the Chiefs just didn't need him much. Denver is a tough matchup for opposing tight ends, but that never matters for a stud like Kelce. Keep firing up the veteran as the top play at the tight end position for Week 13.
Receiving: 6 Receptions, 75 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
Kelce didn't match his 2018 career-best production, but the top receiving option in the dynamic Chiefs offense punched out of the 2019 regular season as the king of fantasy tight ends in both non-PPR and PPR scoring formats for the second season in a row. Kelce has finished first or second in non-PPR leagues four seasons in a row and has finished first in PPR leagues four consecutive seasons. He also became the first tight end in NFL history to amass at least 80 catches and 1,000 receiving yards in four straight campaigns (averages of 5.8 catches and 75 receiving yards per game during that stretch). In addition, Kelce has topped Kansas City in targets four seasons in a row, even though the team is loaded with capable receiving talent. He struggled around the goal line in 2019 regular-season action (caught just three of 12 passes thrown to him inside the 10-yard line), but Kelce remains a threat to score double-digit touchdowns. Don't worry about him turning 31 in October. There have been no signs of decline in Kelce's skill set. A true difference maker and still the very best at the position, the sure-handed Kelce's trademark speed makes him a mismatch nightmare (he can operate out of the slot) and a lethal downfield threat. With only one meaningless contest missed in the last six years, he's one of the few elites at the position that lacks durability worries.

Rushing: 1 Yards, 0 TD.
Receiving: 31 Receptions, 397 Yards, 3 TD.
