Strength of Schedule
Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 13 Projections
Stafford faces a difficult matchup against the Bears, but it remains to be seen if Swift or Golladay can return. We do not feel confident in starting him this week if he is still missing those weapons. The Bears were torched by Rodgers, but expect them to play better against an average Lions offense at home. This could ultimately be a low-scoring affair.
Passing: 252 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT.
Rushing: 7 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
This past season, Stafford, playing some of the best football of his career in new offensive boss Darrell Bevell's scheme, was on pace to throw for 4,998 yards and 38 touchdowns, and amass a fantasy QB2 ranking before he landed on the injury shelf at midseason with broken bones in his back. Stafford's iron man streak of starts ended at 136, and he finished as the fantasy QB29. The Lions gunslinger rarely does much as a runner anymore, but he was averaging 312.4 passing yards and 2.4 touchdown strikes per outing. Stafford also was on pace to attempt 582 passes (36.4 per game), which would have ranked eighth at the position. Still in his prime at 32, Stafford returns for 2020 with the medical green light to go full speed ahead, and his supporting cast is talented and deep. Top targets Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones and Danny Amendola all return healthy, too, and promising T.J. Hockenson is a huge breakout candidate. In addition, rookie second-rounder D'Andre Swift and Kerryon Johnson are both solid receivers out of the backfield. Expect Stafford to get into plenty of fantasy friendly shootouts because a revamped Lions defense likely will struggle again. Keep in mind that Stafford also battled broken bones in his back during the 2018 season (a lot of fantasy managers have forgotten this) but played through the pain. Stafford is a high-risk/high-reward selection with massive upside.

Passing: 1289 Yards, 9 TD, 4 INT.
Rushing: 35 Yards, 0 TD.
