Fantasy Analysis
Week 12 Projections
Even though the Panthers imploded during their surprising home loss to the Atlanta Falcons this past Sunday, he's still averaging a sparkling 26 touches, 157.6 total yards and 1.4 touchdowns per contest. Heading into Week 12 action, the must-start McCaffrey is ranked fourth in the NFL in carries (199), first in rushing yards (1,059) and first (tie) in rushing touchdowns (11). He's also ranked first at the position in targets (74), second in catches (59) and second in receiving yards (517). The New Orleans Saints defense has permitted the fourth-fewest running back fantasy points on the season. New Orleans also has limited CMC to fewer than 50 combo yards in each of his last two games played at the Superdome.
Rushing: 72 Yards, 1 TD.
Receiving: 5 Receptions, 46 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
He showed over the second-half of last season that he can be relied on to shoulder a feature load and the Panthers did not make any changes at the running back position during the offseason. His explosiveness and involvement should make fantasy owners salivate at his potential. As long as Cam Newton is healthy and can stretch defenses from stacking the box, McCaffrey's floor is high and he comes with a lot of upside.

Rushing: 479 Yards, 5 TD.
Receiving: 36 Receptions, 306 Yards, 3 TD.
