Fantasy Analysis
Week 3 Projections
Thielen is still performing at a decent level to start the season, but it is nowhere near the 2018 season. The Vikings have focused more on the run this season and taken the ball out of Cousins' hands. In PPR, he is still a solid threat and there will be games where the Vikings need to throw the ball so you shouldn't be overly concerned. However, this was the preseason fear that Minnesota would scale back on the passing game coming to fruition.
Rushing: 2 Yards, 0 TD.
Receiving: 5 Receptions, 69 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
Thielen got off to a scorching start in 2018, but then tapered off down-the-stretch. He topped 100-yards receiving in each of his first eight games of the season and had six of his nine touchdowns in those games. In the last eight games of the season, he had just three touchdowns and eclipsed 100-yards in just one game. Those numbers can be concerning, but it wasn't all Thielen's fault as the majority of the Vikings offensive players suffered down the stretch. His overall numbers look great on paper as for a long stretch, he was the best fantasy player at the position, but his downward trend line is concerning.

Rushing: 20 Yards, 0 TD.
Receiving: 82 Receptions, 1008 Yards, 7 TD.
