Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 20 Projections
Jared Goff was stifled by the Cowboys last weekend to the tune of just 186 scoreless yards through the air, though should be able to post much better numbers at the New Orleans Superdome for the NFC Championship matchup. The Saints fielded one of the NFL's worst pass defenses during the regular season, allowing the third-most passing yards per game (which includes a 391-yard/three touchdown performance by Goff back in Week 9). In what projects as a shootout with a 56-point over/under, look for Goff and the Rams to air it out as they trade scores with Drew Brees' and the Saints' juggernaut offense.
Passsing: 273 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT.
Rushing: 6 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
It's true that coaches often receive too much credit for the improvement of a player, but Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay and his staff worked miracles with Goff last season following his absolutely dismal 2016 rookie debut. Operating in McVay's quarterback friendly West Coast system with what turned out to be a rock-solid overall collection of playmakers, a vastly improved Goff punched out of the 2017 regular season as the 12th-best fantasy quarterback. Although he sat out a meaningless Week 17 contest to rest up for the playoffs, Goff still finished 10th in passing yards and a stunning fifth in touchdown passes but just 18th in attempts. While his sophomore campaign was promising, Goff is still a work in progress. McVay took an active role in calling audibles for him on game days, but Goff should have a better command of the playbook thanks to a full year in the system. His top-three weapons - Todd Gurley, Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp - are all returning. Los Angeles replaced Sammy Watkins (Chiefs) with deep-threat Brandin Cooks, which was an upgrade. While McVay loves to rack up the points, game script could work against Goff some weeks because of what looks like a powerhouse Rams defense. If Los Angeles owns safe leads in the fourth quarter of contests, Goff probably will be handing off the rock instead of throwing it. He brings no value as a runner, but Goff still looks like a solid No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Passing: 290 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT.
Rushing: 6 Yards, 0 TD.
