Fantasy Analysis
Week 15 Projections
The bar keeps getting raised with each passing week and Mayfield keeps finding ways to clear it and elevate it again for the next game. Sure, his raw output wasn't at the levels we saw Week 10 and 12, but it was because his offense was TOO efficient. They scored 26 points on just 45 snaps, but they also didn't punt until into the third quarter. Prior drives were only thwarted by wide receiver fumbles. With the spotlight on him on primetime we expect him to come out as sharp as he's been since Freddie Kitchens took over the offense Week 9. Whether he puts up a good performance or a great one really just depends on game flow.
Passsing: 267 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT.
Rushing: 12 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
Although some NFL personnel pundits viewed Mayfield as the fourth-best quarterback prospect in this year's draft, the Cleveland Browns used their first overall selection to make him their designated franchise quarterback of the future. There's very little doubt that veteran Tyrod Taylor will lead the Cleveland offense to start the season, but it'll be a surprise if we don't see Mayfield at the controls when the team falls out of playoff contention and the losses pile up. A three-year starter at Oklahoma, Mayfield, an aggressive downfield thrower, possesses a super-accurate arm that's stronger than believed, some nice mobility and proven all-around play-making ability. However, he needs to transition from the Sooners' spread attack to an NFL-style scheme that requires the quarterback to take snaps under center regularly. When Mayfield finally starts, he could have reserve value in two-quarterback leagues with help from a decent overall supporting cast that includes Josh Gordon (assuming he plays), Jarvis Landry, David Njoku, Duke Johnson and rookie Antonio Calloway.

Passing: 789 Yards, 6 TD, 3 INT.
Rushing: 38 Yards, 0 TD.
