Season Projections
While dominant blocking is Dissly's calling card, he flashed some surprising receiving chops during an injury-shortened rookie debut last season. Dissly amassed six receptions for 147 yards and two touchdowns on 10 targets through his first two contests played before going down in Week 4 with a season-ending torn right patellar tendon that obviously required surgery. The Seahawks have insisted that Dissly, looking iffy for training camp, definitely will be ready for the regular season. He has deep sleeper potential in a thin Seattle receiver corps that lost Doug Baldwin to retirement, but fantasy owners should proceed with caution since Dissly also comes with a very low floor. Was Dissly's mini-breakout a fluke or a hint of good things to come? He compiled only 25 catches and three scoring grabs during his three-year Washington college career. Even if Dissly starts and operates as the Seahawks' top pass catcher at the position, steady targets probably will be hard for him to come by. Dissly will battle for snaps against Nick Vannett and Ed Dickson, and Seattle will continue to utilize a conservative run-heavy attack. The Seahawks topped the NFL in rushing and attempted the fewest passes in the league this past season. Since there have been whispers that Dissly's rehab has been going slower than Seattle has been letting on, monitor Dissly's health closely throughout the preseason before giving him late-round flier thought on draft day.

Receiving: 30 Receptions, 384 Yards, 6 TD.
