Survivor – Week 14

Just four weeks remain in the regular season! Check out the breakdown to help make your choice in survivor this weekend!

For those who have been reading for the last few years, my golden rule is to avoid the road teams, especially early in the season when you have more options. I also do not like to take divisional games if I can avoid them. However, it is understood that you may not have a choice some weeks to follow those rules. It is also more difficult now as some survivor pools make you pick two teams down the stretch of the season to thin out the field.

Thursday

Texans @ Jaguars – Brutal game to watch and pick a winner.

Sunday & Monday Games

The
Ravens are six point favorites against the Vikings at home. The Ravens play much better at home and should be able to handle Minnesota. The
Patriots are big favorites at home against Cleveland. If you have them available, now is the time to use them. The
Bengals are home against the Colts who have struggled mightily since they lost

Reggie Wayne

. I like Cincinnati to continue to roll and hold on to the AFC North. The
Broncos are twelve point favorites against Tennessee in Denver. Much like New England, use ’em if you have ’em. The
Cardinals are the last 6+ point favorite of the week, but in a divisional game, I would likely pass on them against the Rams.

Picks in order*
: Ravens, Bengals

*Patriots and Broncos would be automatic, but making the assumption you do not have them in Week 14. If you have them, go with either one.

If you do not have any of these four teams, the
Cardinals would be my next pick by default. However, I would also consider the
Steelers at home against Miami. My next option would be the
Eagles over the Lions. If you are scrambling for choices, still avoid the Jets (-3) at home against Oakland.

Good luck in Week 14!
