Week 6

The standard salary cap is $60,000. The familiar names and studs will put a dent in your salary cap so you will need to find some value picks along the way. This contest includes only the Sunday games so you’ll have until 1pm kickoff when rosters lock to sign up.

QUARTERBACK

Peyton Manning’s price continues to rise as it has reached $10,800. The questions begin to pile up around this game though as Manning may not see the 4th quarter when the Jaguars cannot keep up with Denver. He should be good for 3 TDs, but the 5-6 TD game may be out of reach if the running game steals some TDs early.

Value Plays:

Robert Griffin III – $8,200 – This game has shootout potential and RG3 dominated the Dallas defense on the road on Thanksgiving last season. The Skins had the bye week to regroup and I expect Griffin to rack up some more rushing yards.

Philip Rivers – $7,600 – Rivers is home against the Colts and is still moderately priced. He has thrown for over 400 yards in three of his five starts this year. There is no reason to believe he won’t be throwing the ball early and often in this game too, especially with Ryan Mathews dealing with a concussion.

Terrelle Pryor – $6,600 – Despite the tough matchup, Pryor is still a value at this price.

Nick Foles – $6,500 – Foles will be the starter and in Tampa Bay he should be able to throw for a couple scores. I would expect him to be around the 20-point mark in fantasy.
