Vinnie’s Pick$ and Pa$$es – Week 11

OK, I’m back from Vegas, I’d like to tell you how much fun I had, but hey, you know, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.  OK, I spent most of my time at the Sports Book and at the Poker Tables.  Wow – A lot of people like that No-Limit Holdem.  And boy is that profitable.  So many tourists, so little time.  Actually left Las Vegas with more money than I started with!

As for the Sports Book – I HIGHLY recommend the Mandalay Bay sports book, very well lit, clean, and enjoyable place to watch all the games.  This week, it’s back to the sofa on the boiler room to watch the games, and answer the phones and take the bets.

Pittsburgh -3.5 @ Cleveland:  Cleveland upset Atlanta last week, and Pittsburgh ran away from the Saints.  While Pittsburgh should win this game, division games are notoriously close, and the Heart of the Steelers Defense (Troy P.) may not play at 100%.  Take the points with the divisional home dog here.  Cleveland +3.5 ****

Minnesota +3.5 @ Miami:  Miami has been playing much better lately, and Minny has started to crack.  Minny’s FB Richardson is out, and Miami’s Brown is a stud.  Plus, we know the moral character of the Vikings players, and there are WAY too many distractions down in Miami.  Lay the points with the Fins.  Miami -3.5 ****

San Diego +2.5 @ Denver:  Denver’s defense has been dominant, but can they stop LT?  San Diego showed heart on the road last week in a comeback victory against the Bengals.  Take the points in a wild back and forth game here.  San Diego +2.5 ****

OK – Three 4star games.  Time to start preparing for the stretch run when certain teams pack it in, and others step it up.  Next week, look for the first 10 star play ever released by Vinnie.  There is a game so lopsided next week, you can’t afford to not play it.

Cleveland +3.5 ****

Miami -3.5 ****

San Diego +2.5 ****
