VIP SERVICES – THE GRAB BAG – WAIVER ADDS FOR WEEK 15

Here are the recommended adds for Week 15:

QUARTERBACK

A.J. McCarron, CIN

Dalton will miss some time and McCarron is an average talent, but he inherits a great surrounding cast and one of the best OC’s in the game.  He is an adequate replacement in times of desperation.  280 and 2 TD ain’t bad in a partial game even with the 2 picks.

RUNNING BACK

Denard Robinson, JAC

Robinson is a great talent on what is now a very high-powered offense.  With Yeldon banged up he has value even if Yeldon does play.  But if Yeldon doesn’t play Robinson is an immediate middling RB2 worth starting at playoof time and in DFS contests.

Tim Hightower, NOS

I was down on him as an old man runnin’, but he clearly will be the Saints lead back going forward.  Temper expectations, and be reminded he is a fumbler, but he will get the rock for the forseeable future.

Darren Sproles, PHI

Kelly has seemed to realize that Sproles is the most dynamic back for his offense and he is getting enough work where his floor is high enough to start him.  He literally has no ceiling.

Bilal Powell, NYJ

Powell is legit.  He has performed each of the last 3 weeks and he is focal point of their offense now.  He’s a safe RB3 start.

WIDE RECEIVER

Brian Hartline, CLE

Manziel likes throwing to him and he should eat up targets after a 8 for 107 day.  He’s a viable flex replacement for injured players in the playoffs.

Nelson Agholor, PHI

The Eagles seem to have regained their focus around Bradford and Kelly has changed lineups to make things work.  Part of that is getting Agholor going.  I like his 6 targets.

Ted Ginn Jr., CAR

I am hard-pressed to put him here but he is now producing as a legitimate WR3 level on a consistent basis.  Most importantly Newton trusts him and takes his deep shots.  He’s viable for the playoffs and can be a potential difference maker.

Jeremy Butler, BAL

DEEPER leagues only . . . he got 10 targets Sunday so he is worth a desperation flyer for emergencies and a DFS possible streamer.

TIGHT END

Zach Miller, CHI

Miller regained his form and is the leading slot man for Cutler with Bennett on the IR.  Miller is a TE1 for the playoffs.
