Week 6 – Survivor Pools

favorites dominated the weekend again as the main headline was the Cowboys
surviving a scare in

Kansas City.
The Broncos and Bengals pulled off some surprising wins, but this likely only
eliminated a few survivor contestants. Week 5 also told us a little more about
some NFL teams, including how bad the Bills are.

Week 1

New England

Week 2

Green Bay

Week 3

Week 4

Week 6
games …

Panthers @
Bucs – Stay away from this divisional battle.

Lions @
Packers – The Packers burned me in Week 2 and while they should not have any

Detroit at home after
the bye week, I’m not giving them my trust.

Rams @
Jaguars – The Jaguars could have been a potential selection for me this week,
but after that 41-0 loss in

on Sunday, I’ll avoid this one.

Ravens @
Vikings – This is an interesting game as the 5-0 Vikes host the 3-2 Ravens, who
after the first three weeks were considered to be one of the league’s best

Texans @
Bengals – If you had any doubts about

for some reason, they were erased on Sunday as they defeated

on the road. The Bengals are bound to drop one of these games and the Texans
have been playing up-and-down football this year so I’ll stay away from this

Chiefs @
Redskins – Stay away.

Giants @
Saints – Best matchup of the season so far?

Browns @
Steelers – Divisional game in Heinz field, but the Browns will never win two straight.
Steelers are an option if you didn’t use them last week.

Eagles @
Raiders – I was able to witness first hand on Sunday of how bad the Oakland
Raiders are. The Giants led 28-0 just 18 minutes into the game. That’s sad. You
shouldn’t expect anything less from the Birds this weekend, no matter where the
game is.

@ Seahawks – Seattle has two wins this season and in those wins, they have not
allowed a point. Stay away from the NFC West battle.

Titans @ Patriots
– I hate betting against winless teams, but after seeing

get destroyed on their own field on Sunday night, I’d have no fear going
against the Titans.

Bills @
Jets – The Bills are falling apart. They just lost the ugliest game of the year,
6-3, to the Browns at home. Injuries are piling up and the Terrell Owens
signing in the offseason looks to be worthless. It doesn’t seem long ago when
the Bills were threatening the Patriots in

New England. So much for that.

Bears @
Falcons – Good NFC battle on Sunday night.

Broncos @
Chargers – Big game for

San Diego
to keep

Denver close in the
AFC West.

: Losing to
the Browns, who I thought were the worst team in the league, at home is
pathetic. The Jets should handle the Bills at home easily, especially coming
off their Monday night loss. Rex Ryan will have this defense ready to play so
don’t expect the Bills offense to crack double digits.
